NBROA Annual Dues: $700. "up to 10 acres" Due Jan 1 2025
(Additional $4.37 per acre over 10 acres per parcel)
Dues are used for community infrastructure and yearly road maintenance.

Please bring your trash cans back to your property after trash pick-up. They are not meant to be permanently located on the road.
